TERMS & CONDITIONS
FOR CUSTOM ORDERS
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once your order is submitted, you will receive a quote within 24-48 hours. Please make sure all details are accurate. Please be advised that we are free to accept or decline the order based on our availability and discretion.
ORDER DETAILS
The minimum order for custom orders are 48 cookies. Minimum of 6 cookies per type of cookie (NP, NP PLUS) per flavor is required.
We currently offer free pick up in the Los Angeles Area. We plan to expand pick up options to other areas in the near future. We will let you know the specific pick-up location depending on whether we are at a Farmers Market or not.
We also offer free delivery within 5 miles of Downtown Los Angeles for custom orders only. Delivery locations more than 5 miles away from Downtown Los Angeles will incur extra delivery fee of $20.
ORDER DATE
It is preferred that you submit your order at least 2-4 weeks in advance for us to ensure we have enough ingredients to fulfill your orders.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
For all orders, a quote will be sent once the order form is submitted. Upon your approval in writing (via email), an invoice will be sent to you. Payment will be due 1 week before your event date, depending on the size of your order. A deposit may also be required to secure your order and date.
ALLERGIES
All cookies are made from scratch in small batches in a home kitchen, which means that some of the equipment has come into contact with nuts at some point. We try our best to use all our utensils once to avoid cross contamination. Please let us know if you have any severe allergies to specific ingredients so we can do our best to accommodate. Please be advised that individuals with severe allergies to nuts, soy, and dairy products should use their discretion when ordering.
MODIFICATIONS TO ORDERS
Modifications for custom orders must be requested at least 1 week before pick up/delivery date to avoid an expedited rush fee. Any major changes may incur a fee.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations will need to be made at least 1 week before pick up/delivery date in order to receive the deposit back. Cancellations made after this period will not be refundable. In the unlikely event that we are unable to complete your order due to personal circumstance or otherwise, we will offer you a full refund. Please be advised, we are unable to issue a refund of any kind once your order has been completed.
